Breathe together, under the trees.

Guided somatic breathwork in outdoor locations near Victoria, moving indoors when the rain comes. Ninety minutes on a mat with an eye mask, guided practice, and sound.

Sessions begin once a hundred people have joined the waitlist.
No payment until then.

Ninety minutes, a mat, and your own breath.

What a session is

You lie down on a mat with an eye mask. A facilitator guides an active, connected breathing rhythm for roughly thirty to forty minutes, carried by music. Then the breathing stops and sound takes over: singing bowls, a drum, chimes.

It closes with a short circle for anyone who wants to say what came up. No experience is needed, and most people at a session are on their first or second. What breathwork is, in full.

Where we meet

Outdoors at forest locations in and around Victoria whenever the weather allows, within about a thirty minute drive of downtown. Sessions are timed for sunset, so they begin in golden light and end in the dark.

When the rain comes, and on this island it does, we move inside. The location for each session is confirmed by email a few days ahead. More on breathing outdoors.

What it costs

$40 for a single session, or $160 for five, which works out to $32 a session. Drop in to any session on the schedule.

Nothing is charged while the waitlist is building. Sessions begin once a hundred people have joined, and everyone on the list is emailed when the first dates are set.
